Environments Impacted Employees who currently have messages older than 30 days in their mailbox will lose those messages once this change has been implemented. If those messages or future messages must be saved, they will need to transcribe them or record them to a handheld recording device. Once these messages and future messages have been deleted, they will not be retrievable.
