prices:

OH:  05:00 - 07:00, 17:00, 19:00, 21:00, 22:00
HQ:  05:00 - 07:00, 17:00 - 19:00, 21:00, 22:00
NE:  00:00, 05:00 - 07:00, 17:00, 19:00, 21:00, 22:00

Prices in the May 1, 2001 Day-Ahead Market are correct.
