The NYISO is reserving hours-beginning 1, 2, 16, 17, and 20-23 in the 25
November 2000 real-time market to verify prices.
The prices in the 26 November 2000 Day-Ahead market are correct.
Pursuant to ECA20001006B the NYISO is reserving prices for the following hours
at the following buses:
PJM: 00:00-05:00, 09:00-14:00, 19:00-23:00
HQ: 23:00
OH: 23:00
NE: 23:00
