				FILENET SYSTEM OUTAGE

				NOVEMBER 30, 2001


The FileNET System will be down for offline backups beginning today, November 30th at 5:00pm and will be done Saturday until 3:00pm for databse work.   All users including IPayIt will not be able to access the System after 5:00pm today.  All users should be able to have full access to the FileNet System on  Saturday at 3pm.
