The NYISO is reserving the following hours in the October 15, 2001
Real-Time Market per ECA 20010908B to verify prices:

HQ:  6:00, 7:00, 19:00
OH:  6:00, 7:00, 19:00
NE:  6:00, 7:00, 19:00
PJM: 6:00, 7:00, 19:00

All other prices in the October 15, 2001 Real-Time Market are correct.
In addition, the NYISO is reserving all ancillary service prices for hour
beginning 23 in the October 15, 2001 Hour-Ahead Market.
Prices in the October 16, 2001 Day-Ahead Market are correct.
