Real-Time Market. The following hours are reserved per
ECA20010608B to verify prices:

HQ:   0-1, 7, 13-15, 22, and 23
NE:   0-1, 7, 13 and 23
OH:   0-1, 7, 13 and 23
PJM:  0-1, 7, 13 and 23

Prices in the August 19, 2001 Day-Ahead Market are correct.
