Attached is a notice from the NYISO pertaining to payment for Voltage Support
Service for the period 11/18/1999 - 12/31/2000 and qualification for payment 
in
2001.  All current and potential suppliers of Voltage Support Service, per
Schedule 2 of the Market Administration & Control Area Services Tariff, should
read this notice immediately and respond accordingly.
