PJM:  0:00 - 7:00, 13:00 - 23:00
OH:  7:00, 23:00
HQ:  6:00, 7:00, 23:00
NE:  0:00, 7:00, 23:00

Prices in the May 7, 2001 Day-Ahead Market are correct.
