RE:   UPDATE - OUTAGES FOR MAY 2001

This notice announces a new project schedule to begin May 11 and provides
updated information on the MLV 825 project scheduled to occur in May.  For
information on all other projects scheduled to occur between May and
October, please see the UPDATE - RESTRICTION, SEALS AND OUTAGES notice
posted on April 23.

*** New Customer Tie-In (Dates predicated on weather and diver availability)
VERMILION 200 & 203 OUTAGE
-- From May 11 through 15, the 509A-3100 Lateral will be taken out of
service to perform a customer tie-in.  During the outage nominations will
not be accepted at meters 012349 (VM 200) and 012419 (VM 203).

*** Outage Dates Changed to May 13 through 18
RELOCATION OF MLV 825 (Louisiana state highway expansion)
--From May 13 through 18, may restrict and seal pro-rata Secondary services
(IT-X, IT, AOT, PAT, Payback, EDS/ERS, Secondary) from meters located
upstream of Station 834, including the Zone 800L pool meter (020998),
excluding meters located on the west and southwest legs of the Blue Water
System.
-- From May 13 through 18, nominations will not be accepted for meters
011271 (Sevarg Glenmora Dehyd), 012354 (OXY Glenmora Dehyd), 012393 (Olympic
Hickman #1), 012426 (James Laddie #1), 012498 (Hogan Glenmora), 012514
(South Glenmora Roy O. Martin), 020406 (Elizabeth), 020530 (United
Glenmora), 020629 (Elizabeth Oakdale Sales)
-- From May 13 through 18, may restrict and seal 30% of Secondary receipts
(IT-X, IT, AOT, PAT, Payback, EDS/ERS, Secondary) from meters located
upstream of Station 834, including the 800L pool meter and excluding meters
located on the west and southwest legs of the Blue Water System.
