This house has been on the market for awhile. The backyard sits next to some big building - that's a bad thing. I have not had a chance to look at the other house - the sq footage seems really small though. Based on what I've seen over the last 8 months, it would take something around $190's - $205's to make me happy and I'm not willing to spend that much right now. Another thing that bothers me is the economy. All I hear about are layoffs. The only industry still booming is the energy industry and we keep streamlining. That's what keeps me from spending the big bucks on a house. Thanks for the info though. -----Original Message----- From: "karen gillespie" @ENRON [mailto:IMCEANOTES-+22karen+20gillespie+22+20+3Ckareng+40accessrelocation+2Ecom+3E+40ENRON@ENRON.com] Sent: Tuesday, May 29, 2001 3:11 PM To: Germany, Chris Subject: FOLLOW-UP HI CHRIS HOPE YOU HAD A NICE LONG WEEKEND.
