I am pleased to introduce you to Crystal Hyde and Fredrik Erisson. They are 
both joining are team as Analyst's working for JonAlan's group.

Crystal Hyde comes to us from Houston where she worked in risk on the gas 
desk.  Fredrik Eriksson is from Sweden and just finished up his degree at the 
University of Portland. They are both excited to be in Portland and look 
forward to working with everyone.  If you have an opportunity, please 
introduce yourself  and make them feel welcome.
