comments on sithe documents are going to sithe today.
skilling meeting we have heard is next weds. tax meeting with douglas and 
donahue on monday at 1. still unresolved.
we are waiting on dash draft which hopefully we should get shortly.
when we get we will refine legal risk memo (sheila, i have draft) and we 
should all talk about both maybe monday after tax meeting??
