How do we notify our trading counterparties? Mark -----Original Message----- From: Cook, Mary Sent: Thursday, September 20, 2001 11:12 AM To: Haedicke, Mark E. Subject: Implementation of Form Setoff Language: EOL Transactions Due to the extent of work required to modify our annexes, GTCs etc. on EOL (IT coordination, counterparty notification and the like) and the traders' strong preference to not often make changes on EOL product documentation, we propose to implement the EOL form change in one aggregate revision as and when the trading forms committee concludes its work on events of default and termination valuation/remedies. Should you think this should be handled differently, please advise.
