The subpoena is attached. The subpoena requires response by April 2. The subpoena includes a description of the confidential treatment that the CPUC will afford documents produced in response. In accordance with the protective order in 00-08-002, the ISO will mark as confidential documents it produces to the CPUC that contain information subject to 20.3.2. Concerns related to the subpoena should be directed directly to the California Public Utilities Commission. The CPUC contact related to the subpoena is Barbara Ferguson who can be reached at (415) 703-2682. The ISO would appreciate being notified also of any concerns.
