Please use 713-440-4221 or 866-295-3813 for dial-up access. Windows 2000: VPN access for Windows 2000 is fully operational. Either the VPN without iPass option can be used, or a connection may be created manually using the same settings as VPN without iPass. For users who are dialing in, creating a Dial-Up connection using either number listed above with the default settings will work. You must be sure to append the domain name to the user id (i.e.. CORP\rbarker) for the connection to be successful. Windows 9x: Dial-Up access is working provided that Dial-Up Networking version 1.4 is installed on the system. Dial-Up Networking version 1.4 can be downloaded from http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q285189. Follow the instructions for installation. VPN access for Windows 9x has not yet been verified. Dial-Up connections using either number listed above should be setup using the default settings. Windows NT: Dial-Up access for Windows NT4 is working provided that Service Pack 6a has been installed on the system. Service Pack 6a may be obtained from http://www.microsoft.com/ntserver/nts/downloads/recommended/SP6/128bitX86/default.asp. Follow the instructions for installation. VPN access for Windows NT4 has not yet been verified. Dial-Up connections using either number listed above should be setup using the default settings.
