The four year fixed rate shall be as quoted today December 22, 2000, at the lower of $4.95 per mmbtu or the actual future rate at the time this agreement is actually executed for a quantity of 2,000 mmbtu per day. The price for the quantity over 2,000 mmbtu per day shall be 102% of IFHSC index. This e-mail notice shall serve as Dixie Chemical Company's official notice to Enron to lock in the rate today.
