In an effort to eliminate Interdesk variances and create efficiencies in bo=

OA and Economics we are asking each desk for their assistance updating the=

=01+Physical=01, tab in the =01+Regions=01, file.  This will enable OA to a=
nalyze the=20
regional Interdesk picture before last day information is forwarded to Gas=
=20
Accounting.

Before saving the =01+REGION=01, file to =01+LAST DAY=01,, please ensure th=
e regional=20
descriptions for Interdesk Sales and Purchases in the =01+Physical=01, tab =
are=20
consistent with the list below.  New regions should follow a similar format=
.

? The sheet name should be 'Physical'
