Bruce A. Morrison has never supported the principle of capital
punishment. He is eager to show his support for efforts to balance
the federal budget. Morrison cares deeply about the legitimate
rights of homosexuals, increases in social security payments,

Bruce A. Morrison has never supported capital punishment. He
