With increased investor focus on our Wholesale Operations, Investor Relatio=

has requested that they be provided with monthly volumetric analysis for=20
Wholesale Operations in addition to the quarterly analysis currently being=

provided.  As part of the request, Business Analysis & Reporting has been=

asked to provide comparisons with explanations to prior year=01,s monthly a=

quarterly volumes.

The database for January's wholesale volumes is now ready for viewing.  Jus=

as a reminder, this is the shortcut on your desktop called "Statistical=20
Database".  If you experience any difficulties, please contact me.  Please=

review the analysis for January 2000 and provide explanations for all=20
material changes (+/- 10%).  The current objective of Investor Relations is=

to use this analysis and your explanations as a resource to answer potentia=
l=20
investor or analyst questions, but it may be used for ad hoc requests and=
=20
presentations as well.  It is essential that the volumes be verified by=20
commercial personnel prior to distribution to Investor Relations.
