April 2001 real-time market to verify prices.
Prices for the 21 April 2001 Day-Ahead market are correct
Pursuant to ECA-B the following hours at the following external proxy buses 
are
reserved:
PJM, OH, HQ:  0-2, 18-20, 22
NE:  0-2, 18-20, 22, 23
