market.  The following external hours are reserved per ECA20010608B to
verify prices:

HQ:  0, 2, 4-10, 12, 18, 22-23
NE:  0, 2, 4-8, 10, 18, 22-23
OH:  0, 2, 4-8, 10, 18, 22-23
PJM: 0, 2, 4-8, 10, 18, 22-23

Prices in the July 27, 2001 Day-Ahead Market are correct.
