2001 Real-Time Market as well as the following hours per ECA20010608B to
verify prices:

HQ:  1:00, 5:00, 7:00 - 12:00, 15:00 - 17:00, and 20:00 - 23:00
OH:  1:00, 5:00, 7:00, 10:00 - 12:00, 15:00 - 17:00, 20:00, and 23:00
NE:  1:00, 5:00, 7:00, 10:00 - 12:00, , 15:00 - 17:00, 20:00, and 23:00
PJM: 1:00 - 5:00, 7:00, 9:00 - 20:00, and 23:00

Prices in the August 7, 2001 Day-Ahead Market are correct.
