prices:

NE:  0:00-6:00, 9:00-10:00, 13:00-18:00
OH:  0:00-6:00, 9:00-10:00, 13:00-18:00
PJM: 0:00-6:00, 9:00-10:00, 12:00-18:00

Prices are correct in the August 11, 2001 Day-Ahead Market.
