The NYISO is reserving hours-beginning 2-5 and 8-23 in the 4 May 2001 
real-time
market to verify prices.
The prices in the 5 May 2001 Day-Ahead market are correct.
Pursuant to ECA-B the NYISO is reserving the following hours at the following
external proxy buses:
PJM:  0-6, 18, 19
OH:    0, 4-6, 18, 19
HQ:    0, 4-6, 18, 19
NE:    0-6, 18, 19, 23.
