The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has cancelled the Special 
RTO meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 28, 2002.

The next meeting date for the FERC is the Open Meeting on Wednesday, 
February 27, 2002 scheduled for 10:00 am ET.
