Usually when we do this, we need the help of Rita Bianchi who was a Northern employee until February 1, 2002 when she became a Dynegy employee. I was wondering if we could get Rita's badge (#40024) activated for the time that she will need to be down here to help with the rate refund which will be from March 18 thru March 24. She will need access to the 42nd floor which is the floor that I work on plus the 40th floor which is the floor that our IT people work on.
