The Gas Accord is PG&E's program to unbundle its backbone transmission and storage systems. The program began in 1998 and will expire Q4/2002. Sempra (SoCalGas) System Unbundling--$10K Though PG&E's system has been unbundled since 1998, SoCalGas' system remains bundled. The PUC has pressured SoCalGas to emulate PG&E's restructured system. ENA Origination Support (Getting info from Tycholiz)--$$XXK Rate related proceedings (PG&E/Sempra)--$1.5K Every two years, the utilities are required to file with the PUC any price changes it desires to make. These price changes can have a direct financial effect on ENA's, TW's and EES' business. ENA power plant support--$2.5K ENA Western Origination is developing numerous gas-fired power plants in California. ENA seeks GA support in order to obtain gas services for those plants. Transwestern infrastructure and origination support--$2.5K Transwestern is either considering, or in the early stages of, developing additional pipeline infrastrastructure in California.
