Stage One Weather Alert issued for ERCOT. The
Stage One Weather Alert was issued for
ERCOT starting on 12/13/00 at 09:20. Notified all
Control Area's via Hotline. The Northern
half of the state is still below freezing with
some accumulation of ice according to Weather
information.
