We need to constantly upgrade our talent pool.  Does the attached candidate=

look better than any of the engineers we have?  If so, lets bring him in to=

talk.   If not let me know and I will take care of a response. =20

If you want to give him a shot, we can bring him in on a 6 month trial basi=

and either: (i) keep him in place of one of our existing engineers, or (ii)=

not renew his contract.  Let me know.
