Each of you were intended recipients of the below-attached memo and  E-Mail 
from Anne Koehler.  To date your responses have not been received.   Please 
respond via E-Mail to Ann Ballard in our Enron Corp. Legal Department.  Ann 
will be making our HSR filing tomorrow and needs to have these E-Mail 
responses in order to insure that all of the  data described in the 
below-attatched memo has been included in the HSR filing and to complete the 
corporation's files which serve to evidence that appropriate efforts were 
made to conduct a thorough search for responsive data.  If you have questions
