PROS Revenue Management Announces Record Third Quarter and Year-to-Date 2000

Major milestones, company records and client successes achieved

October 30, 2000-Houston- PROS Revenue Management, the world's leader in
revenue management science and software, and the pioneer and dominant
provider of revenue management to the airline and energy industries, today
announced that the third quarter of 2000 was the company's most successful
yet, with record revenues and profits. Third quarter revenue for 2000 was a
50% increase over the third quarter of 1999. Year-to-date revenue for 2000
approximates the full year revenue for 1999. Additionally, the first nine
months of 2000 were cash flow positive and enhanced PROS' strong balance
sheet. This follows record annual revenues and profits for 1999.

"During the third quarter of 2000 we achieved successful results in many key
areas. Most important were science breakthroughs in network demand
forecasting, scientific selection of inventory for e-commerce, and
customer-centric revenue management. Another milestone was the production
cutover of our first energy products," says Bert Winemiller, Chairman,
President and CEO of PROS Revenue Management. "Our goal is to be the first
mover in a major new category of revenue management and we have the talent
and financial resources to achieve this goal. The third quarter of this year
proved to be another landmark with record revenues, record profits and the
launch of new products in the energy market."
