Gentlemen, please see the attached monthly reports for the Trent Mesa and 
Desert Sky projects. 

FYI, an estimated curtailment number was provided at Desert Sky, the final 
curtailment number will be provided on Friday, June 21. We do not expect a 
significant change in this figure.
