Yes, the producer receives a fixed price, however, these deals are probably 
in TAGG as Nymex plus basis deals.  Phillips deal was transferred to ENA, 
Power Gas was triggered on ENA books.
Or does it matter???

So both of these suppliers are now fixed price because  they locked in the 
NYMX?
