Attached is the language regarding the DC Tie exemption which will be
brought to the RUG for approval at the December 6th meeting. ? This
language is intended to implement the concept/policy approved by the RUG at
the October 23rd meeting. ?The attached document is the PIwG Reconciliation
Form for PIP 109 from the November 2 & 3rd PIwG meeting. ?I have revised
the language shown in the form to reflect comments I received after that
meeting which I believe improve what discussed at that meeting....
