The attachment outlines the required  testing of the 867_03 Contingency Plan as requested by RMS and developed by the  Texas Test Plan Team.  Testing is mandatory for all TDSPs except for  Entergy.  
 
A mandatory kick-off call will be held on  January 16 at 2 p.m.  Dial in and pass code number will be provided by Glen  Wingerd. 
 
Testing begins January 17 and concludes  no later than January 25 with  Production implementation on January  25.
