Bids above $150 will be accepted but will not be allowed to set the clearing price. * A/S Capacity: Soft price cap with a breakpoint at $150. Bids above $150 will be accepted but will not be allowed to set the clearing price. * Congestion Management Adjustment Bids: Status quo will be maintained with respect to congestion management adjustment bids.
