How nice it would be if EVERYONE (including me?) stopped using reply to all.
PLEASE STOP USING REPLY TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

You were told in the note note below how to remove yourself from the list
without sending it to a long list of people who have absolutely no interest
in knowing whether or not you are on the list or want to be removed from the
list.
