A more detailed/updated version.  In Ben's staff meeting, he mentioned that given market conditions, there is probably a greater need to do this deal than there was a week ago.

You will notice that the attached structure looks a lot like the 'Option 4' structure we had about a week ago.  This will be the talking point document with the banks.  Please use it for your respective internal review.
