Stan, Dana has suggested and I agree that we would like you to consider 
shifting EOTT Houston employees
from the EOTT benefit plan to Enron's benefit plan.  Availablity of Enron 
options to retain our key employees is a key issue.
We'd like to discuss this with you at your convenience.
