Gents - it looks like we need to get the negotiating team back together!  it has been a few months so now it is time to negotiatiate for looping of the san juan lateral,(maybe some more mainline ??) and the standing rock C/S.  

Johnny/Larry - can you get in contact with Doug Cebryk/Ron Matthews/Dennis Alters on route and ROW cost estimates???
