Following are the Employment Agreement recommendations for Mike, Vasant, and Krishna.  Please know that I have not had a chance to run these up the HR flagpole yet so the following is not set in stone, but I will be out of town Friday and Monday, and I wanted you to have something for your meeting with Whalley.
