is attached.  We recognize that a number of supporting agreements will be
required to support the transmission service contemplated by the E-Trans
Tariff.  We have begun to draft those agreements.  We need stakeholder input
on the tariff at this time before we finish the other agreements.  Please
call me to confirm that you received this.
