Steve, attached is the 5-part Leadership model used by the PCEC to evaluate
partner candidates.

       The document lists representative descriptions for each performance
       level of the 5 key dimensions:
         - Client leadership
         - People leadership
         - Thought leadership
         - Entrepreneurship
         - Professional values
