The PEP Quick Reference Guide is attached for your reference.   

The Human Resources Department will be conducting training classes on the 
mid-year performance management process for those employees who were unable 
to attend a floor meeting or would like more detailed information regarding 
the PEP system.  Meetings will be held at the Doubletree Hotel in the Granger 
A room at the following times:

Tuesday, May 16th, 2000  Wednesday, May 17th, 2000

9:00am - 10:00am   9:00am - 10:00am
2:00pm - 3:00pm   2:00pm - 3:00pm
