   Mr. Raveen Maan with the City of Palo Alto called stating that all contracts were cancelled at the end of Nov..So why are
   Demand Charges being billed to them plus volumes -  I will work with Volume for the actuals on this.   Below listed are deal 
   numbers for the Demand charges.  Please advise if these should have been billed.
