I am pleased to announce that effective January 2, 2001, Vicki Berg will be=

joining Northern Natural Gas Company=01,s North LDC Team as an Account Dire=
ctor=20
and will be located in our Minneapolis office.  Vicki will be in charge of=

the Minnegasco Account.  Her extensive experience in the natural gas indust=
ry=20
will add a great deal of value to the Team as we strive to reach our goals =

the upcoming year.=20

Vicki's previous experience with Dyco, Centran, Minnegasco and most recentl=

Northern States Power has included administrative and management positions =
in=20
the areas of accounting, acquisition, and utilization.  Vicki received her =
BA=20
Degree in Math and Economics from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota=

in 1987.
