Dennis:  Please remove the ROFR flag from 2 PG&E contracts,  25841 & 26511 per Paul Y'barbo.  In addition, amend the Red Rock expansion contract as indicated in red below.  PPL and Calpine now have their Red Rock expansion receipt volumes locked up in the West Texas area.  No more changes until the expansion is in service.
