I still finishing up the Intergen docs. The reason we were using a summary is that we don't know how GE is going to react, which might result in some changes to the contract. In the case of the LM's we had already agreed with GE concerning the terms applicable to the equipment after assignment. Other than that, it looks good to me. Are you OK with us sending this out? Also, it would be helpful to have all exhibits to send with the letter (i.e., LLC Agreement, Facility Agreement summary, escrow agreement, etc.) Please let me know the status of these.
