Subject to your availability, we'd like to meet with you to discuss the 
following:

1. Tolling arrangements on Ft. Pierce, Midway, and Wisconsin.
2. Midway documents and dealbench access.
3. GE letter regarding the Northwestern deal, indicating their willingness to 
execute the acknowledgement and consent.
