Subject to your availability, we'd like to meet with you to discuss the 
following:

1. Tolling arrangements on Ft. Pierce, Midway, and Wisconsin.
2. Midway documents and dealbench access.
3. GE letter regarding the Northwestern deal, indicating their willingness to 
execute the acknowledgement and consent.

Please let me know if you're available at 10AM tomorrow morning. Lorie Leigh
